How to calibrate “INTECH” Interactive White Boards.
Intech is one of the most renowned manufacturers of “Interactive smart boards” . Manufacturing, a wide range of interactive solutions, to fulfill state of the art & modern day requirements of interactive display & technologies.
In Pakistan, normally , infrared (IR) based interactive white boards are usually used . Intech interactive white boards, provides Infrared (IR) frame on all 4 sides, providing excellent touch & accurate resolution.
The size commonly available in Pakistan for Interactive white boards are 65, 75 , 86 & 87 inches.
There is a method to start an interactive white board & the first step is to “ calibrate” the interactive white board.
Step- 1
Turn on the LCD/DLP multimedia projector & project the screen on the interactive white board.
Step - 2
Connect the USB cable of Intech – interactive white board with the computer & install the software supplied by the distributor / manufacturer.
Step - 3
Once the projector is turned on & the USB cable of the interactive white board is connected with the computer, press the “Calibrate ” touch the interactive white board.
Step- 4
Once, the calibrate button on the interactive white board is pressed, a plus sign, appears on the interactive white board. This is the 1st and most critical process which defines the accuracy of touch on the interactive white boards. Touch the “PLUS” sign on the interactive white board & hold it for few seconds. Intech – interactive white board, follows a 4 step calibration process, to ensure accuracy of touch on the interactive white boards. Once, all the 4 Plus signs are pressed, the interactive white board, is now ready to be used.
