Agriculture office in Peshawar was in search for a comprehensive AV conferencing solution which can, not only be used for in house conferencing but also for remote audio & video conferencing. Carefully, assessing the needs of the client a suitable solution was devised, keeping in view the quality required and budgetary constraints of the end user. While assessing the needs, it was also figured out that apart from the audio & video conferencing there is a dire need of an Interactive display system, which will allow the end user to freely operate and control the meetings. In this case, the brands and products were carefully selected and a solution was devised. Complete in house testing was done at NASCO premises and once the complete requirements were being full filled the solution was presented to the end user. Restmoment RX- 2700 series digital conference delegate microphone system was deployed, with built in anti feed back suppression & anti cell phone interference technology, along with ITC- audio public addressing system, which comprised of 30 watt wall speakers with built in woofer & tweeters. For presentation purposes , a fully interactive SMART LED was deployed from INTECH having built in screen mirroring and projection facility, allowing the presenter to fully integrate their smart devices and having complete control over the presentation/ conference. Complete deployment was done in 2 days time and complete testing was done after wards. A full fledged conference was conducted which was a real test not only for our technical teams but also for the equipment which was deployed and with the grace of God the end user was more than happy as all the required tasks and requirements were being full filled.
