The audio setup comprised of the following hardware.110 x Restmoment Delegate Conference Microphone System, installed in U-Shape sitting with special Restmoment, parallel connectivity junction boxes.200 x Restmoment Language Interpretation system, with customized booths with proper lightning & ventilation system as per European standards.10 x ITC-Audio public addressing conference room speakers with built-in woofers & tweeters, interconnected with the Restmoment conference microphones & interpretation systems.6 x UHF Frequency wireless microphones were being used for question & answering & general purpose announcements. High quality visual solutions were also installed for the 64th Regional sessions, comprising of.4 x High quality Indoor SMD Display screens of size 10 x 15 feet, having very fine pixel pitch and seamless display with special multi-input processors for cross over different source view on each screen.2 X high definition video recording cameras, for HD recording of the entire 64th Session, with onsite editing and uploading on social media.NASCO – AV Communications, take a lot of pride in the technical team, who handled the complex AV systems with such perfection.
